Return Policy

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your replica Gucci purse or purses (or any product for that matter!) because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand, however, that every customer is unique, and we are flexible enough to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction with our replica purses, handbags and services is our top priority.

If for any reason, you are not content with your purchase please contact us immediately at support@marsele.com.

We will then provide instructions about where to return your replica purses or bags. You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense to China and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (ie. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. For example, if you return a Gucci purse, you may have to wait seven days after we receive the package, which can take 5-10 days.

Kindly include the following information when you contact us:

    * Your full name and the date the order was placed and received.
    * A list of the replica product(s) to be exchanged or refunded.
    * The reason for the return of the products.

But we know you won't need this information: you'll be completely satisfied with your Prada handbag or Gucci purse!
